Soldering capacitor
I have a micro soldering station with binocular
microscope and all the
equipment. This would be overkill for a simple
capacitor replacement,
but if you have not done it before, it is not hard to
ruin the copper
traces on the board, or use the wrong flux that can cause
corrosion.
For inexperienced users I would recommend to check with an
electronics
repair shop (TV repair), explain what has to be replaced, and it
should
only take a few minutes for somebody that knows what to do.
I have
not done mine; it was replaced just before I bought my 91 VR4,
but if anybody
needs help, I am in Pacifica, CA, (just south of San
Francisco)

Team3S: I have a V-12!
I will forward a video with sound once the weather
warms up a little.
Stillen pipe - $360 (approx)
Catco cat - $95 from
Summit Racing
Mufflers - $119 x 2
Labor $300
Test pipe - free
-
-------------
Total - $1,000
Whatever I am smokin' - PRICELESS!
:-)
Not cheap, but IMO this is better than most of the bolt-on systems
and at
the going rate of $40/hp it is in the ballpark.
I also
relocated the rear secondary O2 bung to make it more accessible and
added
the 5th bung after the downpipe's Y in case I want to measure
something
there.

Hehe I was hoping you'd say that you actually dropped a
v-12 in your
stealth. Your setup sure does sound much "cooler" than my
straight-through
ATR pipe courtesy of Dynamic Racing. Now correct me if I'm
wrong... I know
that coolness and tunability are factors (which I'm missing
out on) but
isn't a straight-through design more free flowing and therefore
higher hp?
Nevertheless, I'm anxious to see your pics.

Team3S: dodge stealth 92- Errors in ECU Memory
Through the
Diagnostic Connector the Mitsu dealer connects the MUT
(multi
utility terminal) and reads if eventual electronic errors happened and
then
he resets them.
If we do not have a MUT is there a system to
eliminate-reset the resident
errors ?
