Hey, Rick,

I've been working on the Blitz webpage for the Team3S website, but it
isn't quite complete, so I've sent you the info privately.  It was
provided by Andy Spargo (Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates).

Good luck!

For the boost pressure tap, many people use the fuel pressure
regulator (FPR) hose that attaches to the plenum near the throttle
body. It is identified in the picture (link) below.

http://www.3si.org/member-home/jlucius/2-tap.htm

There is an opening between the engine bay and cockpit below and to
the passenger's side of the brake booster (big round black thing
attached to the "dash panel" or "firewall"). There may be a rubber
grommet covering the hole. See the sketch (link) below for the
generalized location.

http://www.3si.org/member-home/jlucius5/j5-dashpanelaccess.gif

Sorry, I don't know anything about turbo timers; I never found a use
for one.

The purple wire taps into the e-brake wire. The rest of those wires
should fit into a harness. You can get a pre-made harness for the
3000 which clips directly into the ignition harness, no extra wiring
required. I assume you didn't get a harness? I got mine from MVP
Motorsports.

Subject: Team3S: Group order on aquamist water injecion

Hello everyone, I just wanted to let everybody know that I spoke with
one of the U.S.A. representatives to Aquamist. If I can get 10 or more
injection kits sold, we will only have to pay
$391 each. This is a steal considering that they retail for almost $600.
The representative that
I spoke to gave me the phone number Back Bay motors in Boston MA. They
are a licensed installer if this product. It just so happens that the
owner of Back Bay motors races 3rd gen.Rx7's
and has done a lot of Japanese super cars. He is highly impressed with
these kits, not to mention
very knowledgeable in this subject. With these kits you can run alcohol
and water, methanol and water, or just water. The up side to this is
that you can get real cheap methanol and water without have to mix it.
This is because windshield washer fluid is basically water and methanol.
He has been running his RX7 with windshield wiper fluid for a long time,
not to mention you have an automatic
low level light, so when your running low just ad more windshield wiper
fluid to your reservoir. Another good thing about is that you completely
get rid of knocking, due to the fact that your averaging
about105 octane due to the methanol in the windshield wiper fluid (
which may I say is relatively cheap, considering the price of racing
fuel, or octane booster). Last but not least lets not forget the
horse power gain. My friend dynoed his Eclipse before and after he
installed his kit and got a gain of 44 extra ponies. I would assume that
we could benefit more due to the fact that a lot of  us have
quite a bit of money in our cars (intakes, exhaust, boost controllers,
VPC's, etc..).

If interested please let me know
Boris

This is great news, but some questions and correction are necessary !!!

What is the kit's name ? System 1, System 1s or what ?

> This is because windshield washer fluid is basically water and methanol.
> He has been running his RX7 with windshield wiper fluid for a long time,

Sure, try it in our cars and you will find out what the other incredients in
the washer fluid are doing. I'd keep the hands off this bottle !!!

> Another good thing about is that you completely
> get rid of knocking, due to the fact that your averaging

Thisis NOT TRUE !! You will never be able to completely remove knock. This
is wishful thinking and "blabla" from a salesman. Look onto my logs and you
will see knock. But of course it will help to keep the amount of knock lower
!

Because he was able to increase boost !

It depends on the engine. I'm able to run 1.18 bars on the road with WIS on
a normal day but less on a hot one. I always have knock and others too.

It is definitely the best WIS one can buy and it doesn't need any special
bottle. I'd buy it immediatly if I wouldn't run it since 2 years ! But the
picture should not be drwan that pink !!

Hello all,

Can someone with manuals on CD locate an electrical schematic for me?  I
have a 91 manual but it appears to be different.
I'm looking for the headlight and foglight electrical schematics, for
non-theft deterent models.  Specifically, a '92 Stealth ES.
Most appreciated!!

Hi Doug,

I really appreciate you sending those files to me right away..
However, I found that they will not print for me since they are not formatted for my
printer.  Can you perhaps copy them to a picture editor and save them in .jpg format?
Or send them as acrobat files?  I appreciate your help!!
Ken

I am selling my 91' stealth ES.  I was wondering if anybody could give me
any advice on doing so.  Is it hard to sell them?  It has 86k mises, and
just had the 60k tune up, put in a FIPK, new wheel bearing...............
What is a fair price to ask for it?  What can I expect to get for it?

Any help would be great,

Karl

Subject: RE: Team3S: Group order on aquamist water injecion

You've definately got my attention.  The only one close to $600 is the
System 2s.  Here's the URL if anyone is intersted.

http://www.aquamist.co.uk/

ERL's description of the System 2s:

This is the ultimate water injection system: its function is directly
comparable to a standard car's fuel injection system, except it controls
water-flow. In addition, it has diagnostic circuitry designed to detect
blocked water-jets and cut pipes. A special output link from the ECU can
inform other systems in the event of a fault condition, so boost-pressure
can be lowered to minimise engine damage. A pre-pressurized system enables
instant response on demand.
